i was just wondering where the search forum button went. I would search for this topic elsewhere but....

Does anyone have any info on this topic?

As I understand it--but by no means do I claim it to be fact--is that the search function for most people wasn't very effective and took too much bandwidth.

yea i know it took a long time to search for me. I suppose in the long run it will be good. But now we can't complain at people for not searching the forum.

I found the search function very useful, and now I'm really missing it. Finding information in the forum is hard to do now.

Umm... Right. I donno what [boldpage[/bold is supposed to mean, but if you've noticed, when you go to Your Profile, it goes to the page ".../profile.asp?mode=edit"
soo... just enter the most logical solution for searching... it works. (and take out the ?mode=edit part as it doesnt matter for searching.)
