can''t unzip

I downloaded Mancers FLModManager.zip, but it will not unzip. Windows sez that it can't findFLModManager.exe and the program is nneeded for opening a archive file.

Can you help me out?

You may have gottena bad download. Delete that one and redownload it again. Make sure you have the newest one too.
